A small team that ships real software.

No account managers, no handoffs, no layers. You talk to the developers building your product — and that shortens the distance between an idea and a release.

Panda Tech is an independent team founded by Raza Ghouri and Zubair Shahid. We came together because the best work happens when the people who understand the problem are the same people writing the code.

Every project runs with senior developers on it from day one. We scope honestly, build in small increments you can actually see, and keep you in the loop the whole way through — no black boxes, no surprise invoices.

We care about the parts users feel: load time, responsiveness, clarity. That means clean architecture, tested code, and interfaces that hold up on a mid-range phone on a bad connection — not just on a designer’s monitor.
